1. It's 1 cup+2tbsp of All Purpose Flour.
2. You need 1/2 cup+2 tbsp of milk.

1. Preheat oven to 180 and line loaf pan.
2. Sieve Flour,salt and baking powder and keep it aside.
3. In a separate vessel, beat eggs until pale and frothy.
4. Gradually add sugar and blend.
5. Add vanilla extract and blend.
6. Gradually add sieved dry ingredients and blend on low speed until just combined.
7. In a saucepan, melt butter in milk. don't boil. Just heat it enough.
8. Add hot milk mix to batter.
9. Mix until just combined.Pour batter in prepared loaf pan and level evenly.
10. Bake for 25-35 minutes until done. Allow to cool completely.
